Good practice and sound process

8.1 Provide intensive and structured support during the first month of the relationship to support the new match to become established


8.2 Have structured ongoing support in place that meets the ongoing needs of the Homeshare match


8.3 Have process and practice in place that supports failing matches or helps resolve any issues


8.4 Have process and practice in place that provide support for the ending of a match
