6.4 You are able to assess potential participants initial suitability within four weeks of their application

6.5 Any changes to the needs and wishes of participants are responded too quickly and effectively

6.6 Householder’s families, carers, friends and/or key Health and Social Care professionals are involved in the initial assessment where appropriate
