Good practice and sound process

4.1 Key area of risk in relation to Householders, Homesharers and staff are identified and assessed and you maintain a risk register


4.2 You have safeguarding policies and relevant practices and processes in place


4.3 Information about scheme participants is stored appropriately


4.4 The scheme has adequate insurance including public liability and professional indemnity


4.5 All scheme staff and Homesharers have DBS checks and at least two References have been taken up for Homesharers, Householders and Staff
