The people involved in a Homeshare arrangement are often vulnerable and may need to support to establish and maintain the Homeshare relationship.

For this element of Good Practice you will need to be able to demonstrate that:

  • You are able to assess the level of support participants need
  • You have structured support in place during the first month of the relationship
  • You have an agreed ongoing support structure in place that includes regular scheduled calls and or visits to both parties for the length of the Homeshare relationship
  • Wherever possible endings are planned and supported.
