Homeshare UK Administrator

Closing Date: 29th October 2021

The key overarching objectives of this role are: 

 

  • Day to day administration of the Homeshare Social Franchise and Service Delivery programmes
  • Take the lead on coordinating and administrating meetings and events
  • Support development of administrative tools, practices, and processes
  • Support promotion of the Homeshare model
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholder groups

Salary: £21,976

Full Time

Location: Home-based with occasional travel to our head office in Liverpool and potentially other locations in the UK. 

Accountable to: Head of Homeshare UK 

Contract: Initial 5 Years Fixed Term contract with the possibility of extension

Homeshare UK Social Franchise Manager

Closing Date: 29th October 2021

The key overarching objectives of this role are: 

  • Supporting initial development of the Franchise Model
  • Take the lead on the development of key resources for the Social Franchise programme including online training, guidance, and tools and templates.
  • Managing the day to day activities of the Social Franchise strand of our work including; recruitment, initial training, and providing ongoing support to Franchisees
  • Line Management of Social Franchise staff
  • Promoting the Homeshare model
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholder groups
  • Be an active and cooperative member of the wider Homeshare UK team who provides support advice and guidance to our 25 existing Homeshare UK network members.

Salary: £40,935

Hours:
Full Time

Location: Home-based with occasional travel to our head office in Liverpool plus travel to Franchises locations when required

Homeshare UK Services Manager

Closing Date: 29th October 2021

The key overarching objectives of this role are: 

  • Take the lead on setting up and promotion of Homeshare programmes in the North East and North West
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the programme and support and line manage a team of Homeshare Coordinators.
  • Oversee the recruitment, matching, and support for Homeshare participants
  • Promote the Homeshare model widely across the regions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholder groups
  • Take the lead on the development of key resources for the programme including an online management tool.
  • Use learning from the project to support the development of new guidance for the wider network

Salary Scale: £38,780

Hours: 
Full Time

Location: Home-based but within reach of the North East or North West and with extensive travel across both regions. Occasional travel to our head office in Liverpool and potentially other locations in the UK

Homeshare UK Service Coordinator – North West

Closing Date: 29th October 2021

The key overarching objectives of this role are: 

  • Support set up and promotion of a Homeshare programme in the North West
  • Deliver the day-to-day activities of the programme including; recruiting, matching, and supporting Homeshare participants
  • Promote the Homeshare model widely across the region
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholder groups
  • Support the development of key resources for the programme including an online management tool.
  • Use learning from the project to support the development of new guidance for the wider network

 

Salary:  £34,471

Hours:
37 hours per week

Location: Home-based in the North West with extensive regional travel. Occasional travel to our head office in Liverpool and potentially other locations in the UK

Homeshare UK Service Coordinator – North East

Closing Date: 29th October 2021

The key overarching objectives of this role are:

  • Promote the Homeshare model widely across the region

37 hours per week

Homeshare UK Communications and Marketing Officer

Closing Date: 29th October 2021

Main duties and responsibilities include: 

  • Advising Homeshare UK colleagues and members on the most effective forms of communication for their target audience
  • Creating, editing and uploading content for the web, social media communities, print marketing collateral and internal communications
  • Sourcing stories about Homeshare for news articles for regional, national and trade media
  • Collating and maintaining regional press and media lists
  • Copywriting, editing, proofreading for publications and internal bulletins
  • Editing the website and other digital platforms
  • Assisting in the management of the story, image, video and design libraries
  • Developing and delivering communications channels and processes to ensure consistency and delivery of work on time to internal clients and external audiences
  • Organising and developing creative marketing campaigns with online and print marketing collateral, sourcing quotes and liaising with designers

 

Salary: £26,371

Full Time

Location: Home-based or based in our offices in Liverpool with occasional travel to other locations in the UK.

Homeshare UK Kickstart roles

We currently have 2 fully funded Kickstart placements, for people aged 16-24 on Universal Credit.

Homeshare UK Administrator:

In this role you will be working with the Homeshare UK team to support our existing members, and help develop new opportunities for Homeshare across the country.

Hours:
25 Hours per week

Contract: 6 Months (ending June 22 at the latest)
