The executive summary of Homeshare UK’s 2017 report into the UK and Republic of Ireland’s Homeshare sectors.
The report evidences significant increases in the number of enquiries by potential Homesharers and Householders plus an increase in the number of schemes delivering Homeshare. For the first time, Homeshare UK also surveyed Householders, Homesharers and their loved ones to examine Homeshare’s impact. Key themes which have emerged from these include; peace of mind for family and friends, feeling safe, improved quality of life, learning new things and reviving old hobbies.
