9.1 Your scheme has worked with staff, participants and wider stakeholders to identify elements of the scheme to be monitored that reflect the aims and outcomes of your scheme

9.2 Collection methods and tools have been developed, identified and are in use

9.3 Monitoring information is regularly evaluated to assess the overall impact and effectiveness of the scheme

9.4 Wider stakeholder groups are regularly included in your scheme monitoring
